The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with MetLife, is pleased to announce the finalists of the 2017 Dream Big Small Business of the Year Awards program. Awards finalists have been selected for the Dream Big Small Business of the Year Award and Business Achievement Award categories.

Award winners will be announced at the Dream Big Awards Celebration on Tuesday, September 12th in Washington, D.C. as part of the 2017 Small Business Summit. The awards celebration will take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. In addition to the awards presentation, the evening will feature dinner, live entertainment, and dancing.
CAST YOUR VOTE FOR THE COMMUNITY EXCELLENCE AWARD!
Finalists for the Dream Big Small Business of the Year Award and the Business Achievement Awards will be entered in to an online ballot for our Community Excellence Award. The Community Excellence Award: Recognizes a small business that has demonstrated exemplary level of leadership and community engagement to positively impact the quality of life in its community and to service the needs of its customers, employees, and neighbors. Candidates for the Community Excellence Award are selected from the pool of Business Achievement Award semi-finalists. The semi-finalists will be entered into an online ballot in consideration for the CEA.

The $25,000 Prize!
The countdown is on to find the best small businesses in America! The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations and applications for the Dream Big Small Business of the Year. The 2017 winner will receive a $25,000 cash prize and national recognition at the Small Business Summit in Washington, D.C.!
Small businesses can also apply to be considered for a 2017 Business Achievement Award.

The Dream Big Small Business of the Year Awards Program is open to businesses that:
• Operate primarily within the United States
• Have less than 250 employees
• Grossed revenues of less than $20 million in 2015 and 2016
• Provide support (in-kind and/or financial) to their community
• Are able to attend the Small Business Summit in Washington, D.C.
