Brandhoot helps business and healthcare leaders make smarter decisions, move faster, and achieve big things for a better world through a special blend of strategy, design, and engineering.
Our founder, Nate, is actively involved in our Chamber board as our youngest board member ever, and is a board member of GRAUC, an important local workforce collaboration between higher education, business leaders, and government. Our Rochester Now mobile app invention publishes local things to do in order to further activate our community.
Various members of our team have been involved in speaking to local junior high and high school groups about our industry, answering questions, and helping inspire our future workforce to pursue creativity and the power of technology for good.
Near the end of 2016, we launched BrandHoot Gives, a program to donate two full websites (or more) per year to impactful local nonprofits. Last year, we donated over $30,000 in services.
Among our most exciting BrandHoot Gives projects was a new website and brand identity for an organization called Project Legacy: https://projectlegacymn.org/ They provide hope, connections, and support to youth of color ages 17-24 who are refugees, homeless, formerly gang-involved or recently incarcerated, allowing them to transform their lives and become contributing members of our community. Their high success rate and critical mission led us to choose them as one of our first two BrandHoot Gives award recipients.
We believe that supporting our community is essential.
